You've built the product and seen your first signs of growth. But how do you clarify your GTM, step on the gas and execute to scale?
At Huddle, we're experts at designing and building beautiful products and brands; our friends at oAT (“of All Trades”), an operating partner for generalist operators for early-stage startups, are focused on the rest and filling the gaps in between.
Their generalists aggregated 2+ years worth of builder insights into an Internal Ops Cheatsheet. From transforming founder habits into exceptional operational practices to leveraging your human talent in the age of AI, it's one to bookmark.
ICYMI: Huddle’s 2023 Wrap-up
Early this year, we shared a report on what got done in 2023 – including our most popular requests, YoY growth and launches like our podcast, Lone Geniuses.
Over half the projects completed on Huddle last year were with companies “huddling” for the second time or third time. Plus, we saw 20% of companies on Huddle embed huddlers in their team for >6 months. This is the power of Huddle as a flexible design department for companies. It’s exciting to see more plugging into it.
Check out the highlights on LinkedIn or read the full report here.
